• A predictable environment is essential for a child’s growth.
• If a child consistently gets the same results when doing something, they will gain the confidence to keep doing it.
• On the other hand, if each situation brings a different experience, the child may become afraid to try. For example, a parent’s behavior might change with or without guests, which can confuse the child.
